Work Order Management is a ticketing system for HVAC customers. User, Tenant, Tenant user or Technicians can raise an issue as a ticket and assign it to a specialist. That issue will be addressed by specialist and the progress of the work will be monitor using this system. Work Order Management comes in two different apps. One is web application which is for administrator who is managing the setup in desktop and another one is for native mobile app (React Native App) for all the users and technicians.

Tracer Ensemble is a web-based Building Automation System (BAS) that manages the computer networking of all electronic devices designed to monitor and control the mechanical, security, fire, lighting, HVAC, Tenant and humidity control and ventilation systems in a building or across several campuses. Tracer Ensemble keeps building climate within a specified range, provides light to rooms based on an occupancy, monitors performance and device failures in all the systems, and provides malfunction alarms to building maintenance staff. A building controlled by a BAS is often referred to as an intelligent building or smart building. Commercial and industrial buildings have historically relied on robust proven protocols like BACnet. Almost all multi-storey buildings are designed to accommodate a BAS for the energy, air and water conservation characteristics. Electrical device demand response is a typical function of a BAS, as is the more sophisticated ventilation and humidity monitoring required of tight insulated buildings Tenant application is nothing but billing the occupants who is occupy the buildings. Actual Billing for the resources like water, electric energy etc. are used. Tenant application is divided into two parts one is tenant mobile interface and another one is Tenant property managers configuration pages. Tenant property manager screen has all the permissions and configurations setting of the Tenant. Which is implemented for Desktop versions. Tenant interface is implemented for mobile phones as well as desktops, so it is done using responsive UI.

Using those checks the worker will be paid for the services they provided. Checks will be used from one centralized office. Earlier, user has to select a check and pay the worker from payment screen. The system runs on laptops and tablet PCs running different versions of the Windows operating system. 2. The Sync module works in sometimes-connected mode and has fault-tolerance and reliability built in by design. 4.
