nTrust provide renting service for example users to rent their own
goods from and to other users. For instance a user could rent his
cycle to another nTrust user and at the same time they could rent a
camera from another user.

Traditionally apps list all products available with photos and
descriptions from the users who are renting the product and you sift
through them until you find one you like the best. For instance there
could be 25 cycles listed each with different prices, photos, ratings,
etc. Rather than showing all 25 there will simply be a “cycle” option
with estimated cost. The user hits “request” and then is returned
back the actual cost with the profile info of the “best-match” location
and enters price wise.

ResidenceOne aims to provide the best possible multilingual
Intranets for large residences so as to facilitate all exchanges,
communication and processes for all the actors of each large
residence. A residence is a set of apartments and dependencies
(garages, swimming pools, parkings etc) managed together by a
Company called "The Syndic". We identify few entities (Users,
Families, Units, Sections, Pool, Vehicles, Events etc) to design
technical solution of this idea. We defined relationships among those
entities as per requirements.

We have divided the entire application into different workspaces
based on the user accessibility to the features. For example:
Administration, Council, Owners, Public, etc.
