I installed libraries and modified codes necessary to run a microsoft Kinect as well as an array of RFID antenna, and I also led the team in converting an SQLite database to .csv files and data plots.

Description

I installed and ran modules in eclipse that eventually were used in Icy Plugins for tracking mice with a Microsoft Kinect camera, usingRFID antenna for ID validation. I also wrote data analysis codes that accessed the raw data from the tracking system (stored as an SQLite) and converted them to .csv files and dataplots.
