The Customer care is handling the UDS (Unified disability system) date from mainframes which is currently under different screens. This leads to delay in Customer service call and maintaining many pages for a single Service. To overcome the time delays and too many screen handling, MetLife has come upon a decision to bring all data under one roof called Big Data.
