Trail Monitoring solution at Novartis in an attempt to Digitize and Automate its process, this solution consisted of leveraging the One Drive for Business mobile app to scan and upload document to a SharePoint repository, which would further allow integration with downstream solution after the files are processed as per the necessary guidelines. Java cron job batch application components were scheduled to provide all the necessary functionality for document processing. In addition, Integration services were developed in java to access trail related information from the data hub and automatically created folders on the SharePoint site. International client on boarding for American Express clients/leads. This project deals with automate the process of card issuance cycle time to the new corporate customers. This system is to aim the card issuance cycle time to one week from current one-month period so that business will be drastically improved. This can be achieved by kicking off the parallel customer verification process like KYC and AML etc., this is being developed on safe agile methodology where project will be attacked by different scrum teams.
