Red Tag Management System (RTMS) prints tags and sends report to the operators to isolate the devices to control and restrain energy sources using an Energy Control Operating Procedure. The Plant Administrator has the ability to add users and tags to control all isolating devices.

DATA MIGRATION PROCESS DESCRIPTION:

Enterprise Master Data for Functional Location, Plant and Equipment are extracted on a weekly basis or on demand from SAP to CSV file. The source CSV file is then transferred to staging directory in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) server for further processing.

DESCRIPTION:

SDW is used to collect and send data from many applications to the Coop's data warehouse. It is a data warehousing system performing ETL activities. It receives data from Swedish Stores and Warehouses and other sources. After processing of data, it sends the data to Central Data Warehouse system at Denmark. Denmark receives data from Norway region as well. It receives aggregated Sales data and detailed receipt transaction data from stores. It receives Labor Data from Delivery System. This data is receipt from vendor warehouse to store. It also receives Article and Store master data from ERP. There are around 20 diff source systems and for each source 600 files are received, processed and load into data warehouse.

The TPA architecture is based on MSBI technologies, connected with ERP and SAP etc. systems in USA which provides data to be loaded in TPA systems and generate the standard SSRS/Crystal Report/ MS Power BI Report/Excel reports for business users. The sales and customer data is being extracted from the SAP source systems using SSIS. The sales and customer data extracted on a daily, monthly and yearly basis from SAP to CSV file. TPA is a data warehouse which stores contract and claims information from multiple systems for multiple products to perform financial processing.
