This is the Real Estate Project. Where user can post or find property for
sale and rent. My major works here include:

• Develop new post your property form. Where user can post your property forSale, Rent or Resale. In this module there are five steps.

a) Ist step is basic details. Where user can select posting property for(Sale, Rent
or Resale), property type, property located city and select plan also (free or
any paid plan).
b) In IInd step, User can upload property images. This is optional step but if user
upload any images than must be select image caption also. And one image
should be default images.
c) Step IIIrd is the property location detail section. Here user will select his
property location. In this section, we use google place api for select locality or
project in selected city. First of all display selected city map, city already select
in step 1, Here two fields available. One for search with project name and
another for search by locality name. Both suggestion will show only with in
specific city bounds. After select from project suggestion, If project available in
our database then all fields auto fill and selected point show on map. If project
not available in DB or user select locality then, selected point show on map withmarker. Now if point not accurate as per user location, then he can move map
and select accurate point. After every time map move, show current point
address on map and also display that current point is within selected located or
outside locality. And after select point if user change locality than check
current selected point is under new locality bounds or not, If is in, than no
change on map otherwise new locality show on map. And after select project
name, locality name, address then check by google place id, if selected locality
or project is not in our database then add into our database in inactive status.
d) Step IVth is the property details section, Here user can fill all property related
details. Like Bedroom, Bathroom, Area details, Balconies, Construction status,
Price details, Furnishing status, Furnishing details, Amenities, Total floors,
Property on floor, Description etc. These fields are very according to Property
posting type, Property type and user type.
e) And in last step Vth, This is optional section for user, Here user can fill some
additional details about his property. Like Water supply, Power backup,
Entrance facing, Age of property, Additional rooms, Flooring type, Parking type,
Approved by rera etc.

• Worked on city selection process. There are different – different types of cities.Like some are main cities which are show on top. Some are popular but notmain, These are show after main city under other cities section. And some are, inwhich user can only post property and see only property list. So manage thesecities in db and js file.
• Create dashboard landing page.
• In dashboard, display all enquires for particular user’s properties on the screen.Where user can multiple operation on particular enquiry. Like mark enquiry ascurrent status like (follows, mark for site visit, complete etc), block enquiry fordifferent reasons like (wrong phone no, if user builder, requirement differ) anduser can schedule enquiry for further operation.
• In dashboard, display all leads for particular user’s properties on the screen.Where user can multiple operation on particular lead. Like block enquiry (wrongphone no, if user builder, requirement differ), see particular lead relatedenquires, see prediction for matching properties which are match userrequirements from this owner properties.
• Prepared an admin screen for operation team. Where admin can manage activeproperty information as well as change admin score according to requirement.As a result of property information and admin score change property total score,which is effect property position in search and listing.
• Admin can send mail and sms to property owner from admin screen.
• Create cron functionality for send mail and sms automatically after a specifictime period. In this process create multiple process like send mail and sms forproperty image upload, property expiry information, matching propertyinformation, property verified information etc.
• Create site landing page.
• Manage Agent and builder Dashboard.
• Work in property bidding process.
• Create landing page in home search section.

This is the Psychometric Personal Counseling Product. Help to decision in
life to students based on their Assessment. My major works here include:

• Prepared admin screen and view student personal information for ourPsychologists.
• Handled the UI of the web pages using JS and Jquery after I received the HTMLdesign.
• Plugged in the APIs to send emails and SMSes in real time and as cron jobs.
• Payment gateway integration.
• Work on amazon web server.

This is the Psychometric Assessment Project. Careers are suggested to
students based on their Aptitude, Personality and Interests. My major works here
include:

• Prepared an analytic engine for our Psychologists. Here they can view a
• student's personal profile as well as do group analysis. Create different-different
• graph for Psychologists and Partner using Google APIs.
• Wrote PHP code for generation of PDF reports. There are two members in this
• team and I wrote the code from the staring.
• Prepared admin screen for our Psychologists.
• Handled the UI of the web pages using JS and Jquery after I received the HTMLdesign.
