Main objective is to build an automated engine to allocate proper technician to fix different types of issues according to their skill set and availability. 

I have worked as module lead from the scratch level till live in production.

From the given text data as Jira tickets, main aim is to find customer pain categories and solving it as early as possible. By using topic modelling techniques and text rank algorithm technic.

I had done this as individual contributor. 

Aim is to find the onboarding person to be churn within a particular time span. Used logistic regression, decision trees and random forest to predict the target variable. 

The whole process done in R studio and worked as data scientist in the project.
