Responsible for Devloping the Entire Backend system for an Mobile app to be used by around 1200 Technicians with varying features implemented like Multiple Technicians on Same Orders,Updating Absences through the App itself,Updating orders form the Mobile app which triggers update to Other systems

The objective of this project was to optimize travel time spent by Onsite Technicians in driving to Different locations which in turn would increase resource utilization and resource Productivity. The Project used IFS FSM and PSO as the Scheduling and Optimization engine

To increase Market coverage for TDC signed an agreement enabling TDC Group to offer YouSee and TDC Business products through the Eniig fibre network from 2018.This enabled TDC to Provide Broadband capabilities in areas where ENIIG fibre network was already present.

To increase customer satisfaction by being proactive and to reduce calls to TDC technical support, where TDC see a lot of calls only regarding an error and when it is being fixed. This project will enable TDC to provide the customers with drift information proactively. That means that if there is an error at the specific customer, we will inform the customer about it by email/sms, including when we expect the error to be fixed.

Worked on Creating an Java Application which would get triggered by a Java Cron.The application was built to Provide an overview of the Utilization and the Quality of Service provide by a telecom provider to its wholesale customers.This included monitoring utilization data from an ATM,Supermarket etc and then proactive raised monitoring alerts if the utilization went below a predefined threshold

Worken on An Programme which integratedthe Assurance Stack of a Nordic company to one of the Service Providers which would be using the Telecom network of the Company.This inculded integrating 9 applications in total which would provide different types of Rest Services which were exposed over the internet and the services would then be used to update data in the BackEnd

To improve customer experience for its Business customer TDC implemented Proactive monitoring on all the Lines that were owned by its Business customers, The monitoring was done to ensure that a proactive ticket would be raised whenever the Quality of service provided to the customers would go down below a particular threshold, This required Implementation of a very complex Algorithm which would take in to account the Data coming from the CPE equipments and then relate that that to the data provided from the Network elements through TeMIP.

When TDC tookover Yousee it also got the complete stack of application that it used when they were an separate Entity,TDC decided to decommission the Assurance applications and integrate Yousee with the IT application used in TDC to remove the maintenance cost associated with the old stack of applications.
