▪ Content management tools are used to build, manage and replicate the proprietary data (Best Practice Catalog) inside MedAssets.
▪ Best Practice Catalog contains a standard code for a drug or supply item, which is widely used by the internal clients in their own products to increase the Profitability of the organization.
▪ Knowledge Base Builder (KBB) is an internal data management tool
▪ KBA an internal tool which validate, build and replicated the BPC
▪ E-Alerts are notifications send via emails to the clients detailing the changes in coding rules (if any) and the impacted charge items within their CDM

It is a “Statistical BI Reporting Application” developed in VBA macro which in turn generate Sales rep. performance analysis, Medicine market Analysis, Statistical performance information based on Prescriber, Institution & top-level Region. Also, displays Chart for comparison for all the reports.
SDLC of this project is under SLA compliance. The project management follows Agile and Scrum methodology. As a Scrum Master I should maintain Sprint backlog Trackers and technically lead the Sprint Team.
Several Tools are developed for end user to reduce their effort. They are developed using WCF n-tier architecture and hosted in Windows Services.

• Knowledge Bot – This is a Bot for Johnson & Johnson which assists the user with regards to JIRA tool. The bot is secured using SSO login and integrated with JIRA APIs.
• Snow Bot – a bot integrated with ServiceNow instance through API helps user to create ticket, get live ticket status, recommendation leveraging solution exists.
• Navya Bot – An intelligent bot anytime provides analytical status to the Management. Suggest test plans to execute. Proactively pops message on any critical situations.
• Food Ordering Bot - a virtual assistant for the POS counter to get orders through voice from the customer.
• Fashion Store – A complete voice based virtual assistant “developed in Dialogflow”, photo captures the customer and identifies the gender and age, then display products based on it. Running through conversational way, understands the context and display offer products, different colors of a product and adds the product to cart as on confirmation.
• Meeting Associate – Completely BOT enabled AI application. Implements Face attendance, Video Analysis. Speech enabled Bot provides all meeting related information (ex: Agenda, participants list, mailing documents etc.)
• HRM Bot – Complete solution for HR process through Bot and Cloud solution
