In this project a web based product app has been developedon Python's Django framework.

This app has helped greatly in reducing the manual efforts by different teams. It has digitized the way of working of different support teams and hence their customer experience.

This automation project is targeted towards optimizing the day to day work done by the support teams.

I have architected the RPA environment for this project, my role for this project includes

• Identifying Robotics process automation tool (UiPath).
• Setup the production infrastruture
• Identification and analysis of manual work done by different support teams
• Creating the solutions for the manual workflow.
• Deploying them to production environment
• Training support staff to develop and maintain their robotics environment

This project is related to understand the existing Python based trading application and its different modules and provide support to traders and other business users in automating their day to day work by assembling underlying code of different manual actions on the app and automate them for the business as per their demand.
