Automated Receptionist System products like Onebox, eVoice and daVinci are the important products that provide an e-receptionist system to industries where cost cutting is the prior concern. A company can buy the product and develop a receptionist system for itself. The system includes a company hiring a virtual phone number, which can be set as its official number. When a third party calls to this number, the user can set priority based calling and answer the call accordingly. He can set greeting for the call according to his choice. If he doesn't wish to answer the call the caller can record his message and that message will be sent to the user as a voicemail. The user can either listen to the voicemail or read the voicemail as a text message according to his choice. He can set more than one extension according to his choice.
