I have desgined and impelemented the application architecture and made all the necessary tech stack choices. Also i've handled all the external API integration work, team leaded the team, teached junior devs and managed all the process of going into production.

Working on a temed.com we had to design and build a web app that allowed users to get in touch with the doctor, set up an appointment with him, even online through a video. He had an option to upload DICOM files into the system. We used Ruby on Rails as backend, for appointments and consultations WebRTC, and the DICOM viewer who stored data on HIPPA servers. We used MySQL as the database, Sidekiq to perform background tasks and Elasticsearch for log management. After 3 years of fruitful work this app was released and it works like a charm.

I've migrated the backend from rails 3 to rails 4 and then one year later to rails 5, also i had rewrittenthe frontend which was written in jquery to angular. I added new functionality, new user and role models and implemented a more faster and adapted for highload architecture.
