Providing the customers with a single user id and password for accessing different applications of Ameriprise. The Single Sign On (SSO) application is more critical and should be highly available as every downstream applications, both Intranet and Internet passes through the architecture and any impact to SSO will impact each and every Downstream Application.

Job Responsibilities:

Development, Production Servers Maintenance.

Single Point of Contact for a new Service Management tool “ServiceNow”

Handling Production calls.

Coordinating with Production and Development Support Teams at the Onsite.

Developing scripts for system resources monitoring, Automating day to day work

E.ON is a major energy producer network in Central Europe. Non SAP project is for the Application support of the various trading applications of E.ON which serves as the core for their business. Major responsibility is to provide Application Support for the various Non SAP Applications which runs on Windows servers.

Job Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day Production Support activities adhering to the ITIL standards.

Provide continual improvement recommendations for direct responsibility area (process improvement, technical standard updates, etc.).
