Responsibilities:
- Coach Scrum process and quickly lead team into an effective, productive team finishing 80% of work in 12 sprints
- Continue team growth and maturity by introducing best practices including iteration planning, retrospectives, release reviews, daily standups, show-tell meetings, pair programming to encourage collaboration, communication and feedback within an agile software development team.
- Ensures the team is ready to accept the work into the release team by inspecting the quality of functional requirements for release or sprint planning (e.g., business requirements use cases, stories, etc.)
- Collaborates with the stakeholders to create transparency into the line activities and progress through appropriate tools and to manage demand and capacity
- Improve software build and deployment process by bringing developer, QA’s and infrastructure team resources together to review deployment plans and collaborate on verification testing.
- Served as liaison between numerous geographical spread business and technical teams during solution scoping and planning phases on various projects.
- Determine and remove impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel on a continual basis to deliver assigned goals.
- Manage the artifact and ensure it is properly prioritized and relative sized using Fibonacci series.
- Leads sprint planning collaboratively, working with the Business Lead or Product Owner to build and maintain a prioritized product backlog

- Ensure solutions to technical problems through discussion with technical teams to resolve problems.
- Ensure “Done” work from Backlogs in an Agile Environment and help to release the “Done” work it in the weekly release.
- Create & maintain physical & virtual story board, track sprint progress, radiate information to ensure that the team's progress and successes are highly visible to all stakeholders. Also provide burn down charts & sprint performance metrics
- Prepare Project Plan every quarter and attend Quarterly Business Requirement gathering meeting with Stake holders and Product Owner
- Encourage pair programming all the time, which encourages team to take responsibility for their own development and to step in when team members are not around.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Project Budget tracking from Clarity to report it to Program Managers

Description
The Project is, in Insurance domain, about helping the customer with a well-designed, customer facing, multi-channel communication platform through easy to use design tools and document templates while maintaining control over entire document generation process.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce and facilitate agile principles and practices, include daily standups, development paired programming, iteration planning, story card creation, show and tells, and iteration retrospectives,3 Amigos (agile) and conduct JAD sessions.
Ø Promote continuous improvement and a collaborative team environment to increase productivity.
Ø Support the Product Owner, especially with respect to refinement and integrity of the Product Backlog
Ø Report of Standard Metrics: Velocity, First Pass Yield, MVP, Release Estimation, Capacity, etc.
Ø Determine and remove impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to on a continual basis to deliver assigned goals.
- Facilitates effort or design estimates with the line to support iteration, release and software delivery in support of projects, enhancement and defect correction, as assigned.
- Work with Development leads, Scrum masters and LOB partners to ensure that documentation are completed per company’s standards and timelines.
- Manage the backlog and ensure it is properly prioritized and relative sized using Fibonacci series.
- Identify, procure and manage outside vendors that are best suited for assigned projects, when required.
- In depth knowledge of Change Management process (Promote/Demote/Freeze/Approve packages). Help Development team in change management process in Harvest and IBM CICS in product releases
