Digital account conversion project deals with converting existing AS Basic accounts to IIP (Institutional Intelligent Portfolio) Account without actually creating new account.

It is a digital platform built by extending the existing implementation of digital account open which helps the advisors to convert accounts digitally without any offline involvement.

Current application is evolved over past few years, rate of changes to the system might have led to inconsistent design and implementation. Core design principles such as loose coupling, configurability, single responsibility, coherence were not followed in a consistent manner. Multiple technologies are used in the application, which attributes conflicts and performance overheads during runtime. Deployment is completely manual and error prone, individual files are copied on to servers without packaged & rolling deployment strategy

Main aim is to make application more responsive and ready for mega sale.

Vishraam App- App helps the customers (senior citizens) in requesting listed Medical & Non- medical Services either by themselves or can be carried out with the help of a RM who will do the required activities on behalf of the customer. The app enables the senior citizens to carry out their daily activities independently

This system facilitates to harmonize Sales and Trading activities of any distribution organization. In order to achieve this objective it is essential that company and distributors have efficient means to share information about their customers, products and other Sales and Distribution related activities. This may help in developing, implementing and monitoring more effective strategies to any organization in a better footing for competing to gain and retain market share and improve profitability and return on investment. S&D PRO has the following offline modules on which we are working on: Centralized SnD Pro – It is a web based application which is used for centralized sales and distribution usually at the country level. All major information related to Sales and Distribution is present at CSDP level. Office SnD Pro – It is a web based application which is used for sales and distribution at the distributor level. Each Distributor is connected with the countrys CSDP through OSDP. Quick Sync is used to upload/download data from CSDP to OSDP and is the main source of communication between them. Quick Sync services are deployed at CSDP level and the application itself is present on each OSDP. Xnapp Integrator is an ETL tool which sends data, to and from, Xnapp Foundation and OSDP. Scheme Builder is used to create promotions/schemes at CSDP level. The meaning of FULCRUM is acts like a pivot point between the ERP system of the company and S&D Pro. The data comes in XML files. These files contain all the information that the company wants to access in S&D Pro.

PPM is a customized promotion management tool helping unilever to provide and valuate promotions on the basis of trade for different countries. Other name for PPM being OPSO which is optimized promotion sell out. Unilever being company with many products across all over the world, wanted a tool to calculate promotion and profits on the basis of total production and supply of products. Working on ppm involves writing stored procedures for different operations on different countries, fixing issues on several portals. Management of database which have 4 databases in general. The work also involves minor UI changes, creating tables, Looking into particular CRs and completing them on time.

The project involves content localization for Poland version. Steps that are involved include assembly, version management and creation, GSA crawl, SEO scan, PSA scan. The importance of using site core is it is fast and effective with quality. Assembly a general term given in project involves creating menus, hero carousels, creating product and article templates and filling the fields with the respective content provided by CART team. The project also involves creating write a review templates and fields for respective products. Assembly also involves writing xml files for redirection specifically 301 redirection rules and also xml for product feed from BAZARVOICE which is a third party responsible for adding and maintaining of reviews on real time basis. Bazar voice provides us with api pass keys for staging and production which is added in site core for getting real time reviews. Assembly also involves creating channel specific content such as desktop, smartphone, and feature phone. There were some other sections such as brand experience and flexible section which are product specific.
