Project Description:

This is on-going capital Project for maintaining highly secured product specification repository.

Technical Environment: Office 365, MS FLOW, JQUERY, SPHosted APP, PowerShell Automation, Metalogix
Role & Responsibility:
Responsible for managing project as per project scope, risk management, change management and estimation and execution plan, communication plan etc.
Designing a solution in SharePoint Online with many O365 features and enhancements, migrating the existing on premises data to new system.
Worked on MS FLOWs to convert existing on-premises coded workflows. Created SharePoint Hosted APP, custom webparts using JQuery and Rest API. Used Taxonomy to classify specs documents and created a search-based application to find easy specs on search keywords.
Creating user training documents for new system and decommissioning the existing system.

The Legal Team needs matrix of how many SharePoint users obtaining Full control permissions unnecessarily including Ad Group Users. The project consists of Legal Auditing and cleaning procedures and Reporting System.

Role & Responsibility:
Playing an architect role for the SharePoint Audit System. Created SharePoint Audit process as per Legal Team guidance. Understanding the requirements and build design application and database that can contains more than 20,000 users per farm (excluding AD Group Users). Made an Automation System for Managing site ownerships, Audit and Cleaning the Permissions and generates the reports.
Playing role of Process owner of SharePoint Audit and transformed the process into the solution. Developed ASP.Net application which interacts with 8 SharePoint farms, including SharePoint 2010 farms/ 2013 farms and SharePoint Online sites. Written PowerShell scripts for automation of various SPAudit tasks. Managing and distributing tasks to the team. Stand up Meetings, process reviews and sign off decisions by stake holders on the process. Running organization wide audit for SharePoint Platform. Presented results/dashboard to SLT and published Audit report.
