Responsibilities

• Building and support Core java application.
• Enhancing and managing current application and automating tasks to reduce manual work
• Participate in design and review of key components
• Act as the single point of contact for any BAU issues
• Ability to support C# and Java based application
• Prioritizing issues and providing end to end support/resolution to minimize the impact of issues/changes
• Knowledge on Hot Swap in C programming to achieve dynamic loading of shared objects
• Providing end to end support to the application from ongoing issues to the problem fixes.
• Supporting BAU issues, prioritizing tasks and providing quick resolution, workaround and resolving tickets, finding root cause of the issues, determining the resolution, fixing and planning to deploy the fix to the system.
• Contunuous improvement of the application and minimizing the impact to the business.
• Investigate and resolveing any infra/network issue with the nelp of relevant team.

• Experience in ERP-PeopleSoft

Developing Spring Web API for automated Jiffy.ai modules using Spring boot rest API, developing and maintain Microservices, designing, documentation of technical document for related modules. Team management, mentoring, guidance and support to juniors and team members.

Writing backend application modules to cater with customer requirements. Creating FSD and TSD when there is a new project requirement. Playing key role in requirement gathering, analysis and implementation to cater with customer requirements.
