Currently General Procurement Inc uses Everest to run its operations. General Procurement looks to Odoo
to address the following key needs / requirements:
● Automate and integrate their business systems with third parties platforms and marketplaces
● Provide cost / management accounting capabilities using analytic accounting
● Meet the existing capability of the current system in addressing operations [Purchasing/Inventory
management/Manufacturing/Cost rollups]
● A solution that can scale as the company grows with new markets and opportunities
● Improve operational efficiency to reduce their delivery lead time (just-in-time).
● Provide visibility and insight into operations – sales, inventory by location, inventory valuation in
manufacturing, after sales support, Bill of Material Change Management and Revisions, etc.
● Provide dashboard views and metrics to track sales and operations effectiveness and efficiencies.

The parts house is a automobile part selling company based in US and
headquarters in Jacksonville. TPH is a leader in the auto care industry,
founded in 1970 exemplifying growth and innovation,. TPH is one of the
world's largest distributors of original equipment (OE) Ford Motor Company
parts, leading the market with Motorcraft sales. TPH is also one the nation's
largest distributors of Genuine Ford and Lincoln Mercury Accessories and
Licensed Products.

o MUDD Advertising is traditional and digital marketing service provider in the United States.
o Developed a product attributes feature to provide varies costing applied on the product sales.
o Developed customize Sales flow to create automated Invoice and Purchase based on product attributes configuration.
o Integrated with SalesForce to import Accounts and Contacts in Odoo.
o Customize the Accounting Functionalities and Reports to show Financial Activities.

o Cox Communications is digital cable television, telecommunications, Home Automation services and Gaming Service Provider in the United States.
o Customized CRM and Sales Module which helped COX to channelize the sales activities and maintain customer records.
o Developed unique Accounting module helped Cox for preparing the Service Recurring Bills and Invoices with Proration Charges of Upgrade/Downgrade of Services with proper Terms and Conditions
o Integrated with third party cloud gaming service providers to maintain customer service offered and billings.
