Description: Calculate and display live touch potential voltages for outlets of Substation at Coal Mine. A trailing cable may bridge the distance between outlet and machine by joining multiple cables in series. The earth return impedance is calculated measured cable pilot resistance from the measured Pilot-Earth loop resistance.

Adding IOT technology to read the Pilot-Earth loop resistance live (via HPB relay - on Google cloud pub/sub) and building a web application to present this data for the client to allow live monitoring of calculated Earth resistance and Touch Potential.
