FnX Medical Survey system is Windows-based software that record patient medical history and provide meaningful reporting based on the patient and a Doctor with a practice or an overall patient population. The software provides specific subsystems for geriatric, adult, adolescent and diabetic patients.

• Designed an implemented a system to capture recording of customer calls to our external customer service providers, catalog those calls on our local servers and store the audio files on the Amazon S3 cloud storage. Designed a interactive service to allow compliance personnel to quickly gather the audio files from the S3 service when we needed those files locally. Technologies included Backend PHP Development with Zend, Rest API's, EDI and MySQL.

• Responsible for the design and implementation of PHP, JavaScript and jQuery enhancements to the VuFind open source library search engine. This responsibility included a version for the mobile market including the Android and Apple browser environments.

Using Laveral I added a new page when the customer requests information, the information comes from a mysql database. Adding new functions and features meant I was responsible for unit testing the new function, functional testing of the entire application as well as troubleshooting and debugging of the new functions and the existing code base.

Using Laravel 5 with PHP 7 created a RESTfull API to handle employee adds deletes and updates
