Skill is used to capture knowledge documents of different types like best practices, lessons learnt and publications across various departments of Petronas. These knowledge documents created by users in the organization are reviewed by the SME (i.e., Subject Matter Experts) of respective departments. They provide their comments and certify the knowledge document. Once the knowledge document is certified, this document can be viewed across the organization. Knowledge documents can be liked, shared, bookmarked and commented by employees all over the organization.

Project Details:

MyMinutes is to record the meeting minutes and share it with all the participants. Minutes are captured by the minutes taker and sent for review. Minute Members and Chairman review the minute and provide their feedback by providing comments. Minutes Taker incorporates the feedback, make any changes if required to the Discussion Points, Items, Action Items and send the minute for Chairman approval. Once the approval is done, all the participants are notified.

Quotes from Quote Centre& Solutions from Online Solution Configurator are initiated for technical validation. For specific product configurations, a set of questions are configured and the same are displayed. The user provides valid inputs and submits the technical validation.

This request undergoes review and the request is approved or denied with valid comments.
