This application was related to Customer Support team of Tesco Grocery site. Customer Support agents can view the orders placed by the customer as well as modify or cancel those orders. They could maintain the customer information like his address where the product need to shiped as well as there payment information. Since this site was used for organization purposes only so i do not have link for this site. It was used by the Customer Support Representatives of the Tesco.

This was a windows application developed using windows forms and third party devx controls. I was involved in the DL module of the application which was used to submit the application of driving licenses to the department of DMV. Layered architecture was used to develop this application. All the inteaction with database was done via WCF services. Several transactions were implemented in the application to support different tasks being done by the application.

This was a windows application developed using WPF technology. It has several modules in it related to management of customer specific information of any organization. This product also has a dashboard that displays the complete summary of the selected customer. We used to work in agile mode on this project. This product was just like any other CRM in the market like Salesforce and Dynamic CRM.

Sandisk is the largest manufacturer of Flash drives in the world. They used to list their products on this site for online selling. This site was supported in several different languages for localization. All the content on the site was managed via a content management system. We used to upload product photos as well as newsletters time to time that was provided by the client. Apart from that i was also involved in development related tasks for this site.

This project was being developed for IPaper (International Paper)Three Layered architecture approach was used for developing thisapplication.The purpose of this project was to save the company cost of operatingdifferent sites by collecting ideas from the employees working on differentsites and converting them into projects.Employee who has an idea which can save company cost is entered into thesystem which passes through several phases like Screened, Refined,Chartered, Executed etc. to finally turned into a project which helps thecompany to reduce its operating costs and save money.Different environment used for this project were dev, staging andproduction.

This application is used for calculating the benchmark figures for comparingthe performances of different hospitals where simulation device of thecompany is used.Data files generated from the device were uploaded to the application forprocessing.Based on the data present in the data files different kind of reports can begenerated and viewed in the application.

It was a Project Management System being used internally by the companyDifferent kinds of reports are there in this project like Effort Burnt Report,Defect Count Report and Productivity Report etc.Approvals are created in that project that can be fixed price approval, fixedresource approval or hourly approvals.Each approval has estimations in it which will declare the total number ofhours to be spent in that estimation.Modules are created in every estimation and tasks are created under thatmodule.People on project used to log the hours spent on each task that is assigned tothem.

It was a US government projectThis is the project to automate the process of Department of Motor andVehicles of US government. Different modules of this project are NTR and DLmodule. NTR (New Title and Registration) module was related to registrationand assigning new plate to the newly registered vehicle.DL (Driving License) module was related to assigning to Driving Licenses tothe customers who has applied for them.Different types of licenses were there which PID (Non- driver license) are,Minor restricted, Operator DL, Chauffeur DL, GDL Level I, GDL Level II, GDLLevel III, CDL etc.A transaction needs to be run by the service agent who is operating thesoftware for assigning licenses to the customers. Transactions can beOriginal transaction, Correction transaction, Renewal transaction orduplicate transaction.Original transaction is run when the customer tries to attain the license forthe first time. If he already holds a license then correction, duplicate orrenewal transaction could be run on the existing product of that customer.

It was Sales Management System just like any other CRMIt can be used either in online or in offline mode. Data can be synchronizedonce the user becomes online.Different modules for this project are Dashboard, Contacts, Lead,Opportunities and Activities modules. For synchronization separate syncmodule is used.Dashboard is like the summary page where all the information is displayed insummarized form like the Appointments and Notes Top Leads and TopOpportunities. Sales chart, which displays the no. opportunities, which are indifferent stages.
