Phase 1: Completed Client had already implemented project in AX 2012; this was upgraded to new MS Dynamics AX (7) CU1 update to unleash all the potential of new suite. Phase 2: Completed To upgrade from MS Dynamics 365 for Operations PU1 update to MS Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations PU12 update in both Code and Database. Phase 3: In progress To implement other modules like Project, Master planning & other functionalities to different countries as per Customer requirements.

Mainly involves in creating a new vertical for re-reimbursements of Hearing aid related services from Insurance companies. Project is live for one country (ongoing support) while pilot implementations are in progress for other countries.

Project mainly involved with customization and testing documentation of standard modules and also in development of new functionality necessary for integration with Legacy system.Integration between AX/Retail and CRM was chosen to be the ideal solution.

Creation of ERP templates for DK, FI and UK countries with development, customization of Production, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Customer Relationship Management modules through customized templates to suit specific business needs. Primarily involved in migrating a template from one country to another.

Project mainly involved in development, customization, defect fixing related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, CRM, Inventory Business Process and new Retail Chain Module Development in Dynamics AX.
