FEAR is agile based project. Barclaycard is multinational credit card and payment services provider. FEAR system helps customer to apply for Barclays credit card. It provides access of multiple cards for which user can apply. FEAR system collects necessary information from user and provides an instant decision to the customer.
This system contains multiple channels to cover different types of customers. It has multiple modules from card acquisition to account servicing and bill payments. And number of third party systems are involved in each steps for security purpose.

FRA framework aims to add decision making and strategic planning around fraud management and sets tolerance around controls. It provides management with the information to determine whether the fraud risk profiles of current portfolios and potential products and channels are either financially, including customer and business impact or operationally acceptable, or requires additional risk management to reduce the volatility to within appetite limits.
Hence it should help management to proactively allocate resource and management time to the most significant present and emergent risks.

IPAS (Integrated Product Approval System) is developed to product review business process of various approval committees within Citigroup. IPAS will standardize business processes followed by various approval committees and increase operational efficiency by reducing turn-around time and cost. I
PAS consists for reviews associated with each product life cycle. Each review has to undergo approval cycle starting from business case to final approval to launch the product. There are various steps followed such as Due diligence, Review document, Meetings and Condition/ Follow-ups details etc.

UCARD is agile based project. It is a platform which provides online solution to various benefit programs for cardholder at one place. Initially there was various kind of different program for different benefits for state people of USA and then JPMC Bank comes up with an idea to develop one program for all kind of benefits. So UCARD is a program which provides online services to all kind of program benefits at one place to cardholder.
