Micro Focus :DSmail is a web-based application used to search and retrieve documents that are stored in HPE Digital Safe. Safe security ensures that users can access only items and documents to which they are entitled.

DSmail to search multiple items types including, but not limited to:

1 Microsoft Exchange and Domino items

2 document types such as Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF files

3 database entries

The purpose of this project was to integrate the Huawei call center into open source Sugar CRM project. Sugar CRM is used for customer information management, our work is to integrate call center into CRM. Sugar CRM is only related to customer information but after integration with Huawei call center it can handle calls also. It performs inbound as well as outbound calls.

HUAWEI is a leading global telecommunication solutions provider with long-term partnerships with operators around the world.

Worked on Huawei’s Proactive Solution(HPS), which is a management system of outbound call services.

HPS System consists of HPS Management Subsystem to customize outbound call campaign and HPS Agent Subsystem that processes outbound calls after the calls are connected.

This system is running live at Reliance Communications sites across India.
