CSS is the centralized Global Transaction Banking portal developed in Java with several external interfaces including ServiceNow, Cash Inquiry, eBAM, BAM, FSC, FPI to track Tickets for customer issues. This system acts as a single backbone for creating tickets through various channels such as email, phone, swift, message, fax etc. and provides features to take the ticket throughout its lifecycle and drive to completion. It offers services across business lines: Cash Management Corporates, Trade Finance and Global Security Services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Involved in the development of key framework features like Spring REST integration, , upload document framework, and Query tuning.

· Designed and implemented Notification framework which sends automated mails based on the actions performed by users.

· Designed and implemented Team settings module which includes sub modules like Remarks, Calendar, Team Signature, Email Templates.

· Designed and implemented Topgear(Scheduled) Jobs for Email blob, file movement to Documentum server...etc.

· Implemented Bank compliance policies (GateKeeper, eCOM), technical procedures and standards for preserving the integrity and security of data, reports, access and provided high level of services.

· Assisted End Users/Clients in conducting UAT tests and production acceptance, collaborated with various production teams to ensure smooth go-live, performed critical and major production deployments using tools - DAP and DWEB.

· Conducted Release, Change management and Post-PROD Support.

· Performed tight deadline migrations to onboard 2000+ business users to production system.

· Delivered migration of CSS RM database from M5000 Server to DHS Server.

· Migration of Oracle database from M4000 to M5000 server, DHS and VHS.

· Recommended architectural improvements, design & integration solutions and identified improvement areas by asking right questions during production handover. Raised alarms to keep the stakeholders informed about the status on improvised solutions which will benefit both Business and Dev team.

Cargo Management system is used to control the movement and storage of shipments within a warehouse. Shipments are stored in warehouses when not onboard a flight. After acceptance shipment is moved to warehouse till it boards an aircraft. On flight arrival, shipments are moved into warehouse, till delivery. Performs inventory checks at specified frequencies. The shipment may be loaded into a Unit Load Device (ULD) or Baggage Trolley.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Developed the application using Struts Framework which is based on the MVC design pattern.

· Used Java, Servlets, JSP for developing the web component of the application.

· Used JavaScript and struts validator framework for validations and other checking functionality for the UI screens.

· Used IBatis to interact with database.

· Involved in the development of SQL queries.

‘ThomsonOne Charts' is a premier research and portfolio management solution, used by finance professionals to make informed recommendations and manage client portfolios. This real-time application delivers a broad range of financial content that provides insight into the global financial markets, helping customers make better decisions faster.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Agile/SCRUM was used as the project management methodology and JIRA is used to keep things in check.

· Developed the application using Struts Framework which is based on the MVC design pattern.

· Used Ajax calls extensively - using JQuery, inside the WebApps and create a seamless flow of queries.

· Used Java Servlets, JSP, AJAX, XML, HTML and CSS for developing the web component of the application.

Addresses spreadsheet driven management processes that require shared and real-time information access. Creates an information views for teams. No Programming required, quick to set-up.
