Responsibilities: -

• Addition of Different Offices and creation of trunk circuits, TID Name, trunk groups & signaling Link. • Analyzing the reason of TDM and VOIP call failure and resolving. • Planning for Node shifting. • Handling NLD issue customer related like High PDD, increasing ACD, mute call, oneway speech, Low ASD. • Managing routing data and overflow. • IPLC STM Testing • Experience in operations & maintenance, service provisioning, Project Management. • Resolving all type of routing and alarm related problems of ZXSS10 Switch and ZXMSG9000 MGW. • Analyzing the reason of both signaling and E1 link failure and resolving. • Analyzing No.7 (CCS7) Signaling messages. • Traffic overflows handling and percentage routing. • Routing administration (DAS and route list creation). • Completed the Acceptance tests of all Media Gateways. • Raise dockets for new activities and maintain all other trackers. • MGS & SS Backup. • Taking immediate corrective action in case of any network or equipment fault affecting speech circuit and Signaling data link. • New Interconnection • Handling whole network accordingly to the CSC TT raised by the Client. • CDR related issue. • Definition of Route & Signaling link in MGW & MSS. • Termination and Addition of E1s at Our ZTE MGWs. • Collecting the CDR (Call detail record) from the Billing Server. • Traffic management maintenance. • Billing server, CDR backup on daily basis. • Done the creation & implementation of Aircel Charge bands for LRN numbers, ILD Codes And PSTN Numbers in ZTE Soft switch. • Collecting the daily traffic reports (CCR, ASR and traffic Erlang) from Switch. • Connecting different offices and done routing of its calls at Soft switch. • Doing the creation and call testing of POIs for all Media gateways • Coordinating with the other operators for POI creation frequently.

Job Profile: Fault Management Engineer • Monitoring alarms and incidents reported by network management Programs. • Analysing Alarms Severity (Major – Critical – Minor). • Activates escalation processes related to network faults • Maintaining and validating daily reports of NLD networks. • Performance Checking of System by analyzing Different Protocols i.e. H.248, SS7 Protocols. • Analysis and rectification of Active & History Alarms. • Responsibility of opening and closing of fault Trouble Tickets as per SLA Compliance. • Collect the CDR (Call detail record) from the Billing Server. • Traffic management maintenance. • Check the Alarm and Troubleshoot the Problem. • Maintenance of the NGN. • Loop/Break Testing. • Communicate with Carriers like Reliance, PGCIL, BTSOL, and TCL etc for resolving NLD network issue. • Handled NLD customer complaints issues such as call failure, mute call, roaming call failure, one-way speech, cross talks and Resolve them within SLA. • Making Test Call & Analysis trace. • Taking immediate corrective action to minimize network down time in case of any network and equipment fault affecting the speech, circuits and/or signaling data links. • Taking backups of ZTE router and Switches and monitoring utilizations of routers.
