If any survey, Findings and Certificates Is due or Overdue For a particular facility it will generate Several types of Overdue Letters.

  1. 1C or ‘3 Months Coming Due Notice’ (Due date 3 months from yesterday - notification sent today)
  2. 2C or ‘2 Months Coming Due Notice’ (Due date 2 months from yesterday - notification sent today)
  3. 3C or ‘1 Month Coming Due Notice’ (Due date 1 month from yesterday - notification sent today)
  4. 4O or ‘One Day Overdue Notice’ (Due Date yesterday - notification sent today)
  5. 4S or ‘Suspension Notice’ (Due date on today, default correspondence date tomorrow)
  6. 4SA or ‘Additional Suspension Notice. This notification is sent for overdue surveys and findings after the vessel is already suspended and a 4S letter is issued for the particular Vessel
