Genesys data needs to be loaded into GCP BigQuery to run reports on top of it for business requirements. Developed python scripts to hit genesys provided api and get the data and load it into bigquery, deployed the developed scripts in cloud function. Automated these jobs to run hourly.

Ops tech team is working to implement salesforce solution for the sales team to consolidate the data. Build the integration to pull the data from Salesforce to BQ for the reporting. Designed and developed apache beam pipelines and used cloud functions to run it on cloud dataflow. Automated the total process to run batch jobs on daily basis using cloud scheduler.

Utilised cloud functions from Google cloud which is a serverless function as a service and python language.

Sensitive data often needs to be encrypted and enceypting through kms keys takes a lot of effort and time. So I created a python script which will take input parameters of data,storage location and then stores the encrypted value of that data with kms keys of particualr project in cloud storage location provided
