The project deals with design and development of the new features in product. This product is designed for Leak tester. This was windows based application which enabled user to access the leak teting instrument remotely. It used serial and TCP/IP protocols to connect to the instrument. It gives ability to remotely perform operations with the insrument such as Run the test, change the programs configuration, see the graphical results of running as well as historival tests, export the reports, export the programs.

This is a product designed to help discrete automation industry to gather all the required data and perform the analysis to improve the efficiency of the plant production

The system used for automation & controlling of feedmill. Mill Managers rely on for accurate control, real time data & flexibility to monitor their plant remotely. This System Software provides high quality automated systems for Plant Control & monitoring of all mill operations including Receiving, Batching, pelleting Grinding, rolling, weighing, Blending & loadout. It also includes modern features like Reporting, Downtime Summaries, and Online Accessibilities & SAP Enabled.

Responsibilities:

• Managed a team of 10 members; spearheaded the activities including resource allocation as per project requirement
• Captured the design document and SOW from designers & discussed the functional implementation with Developers
• Engaged in reviewing the code changes and functionality as per the designer’s test cases; actively participated in daily standup meeting & client calls and project POR meetings
• Extended project startup support; prepared software quotations for any customer requirement; applied the package to onsite verifying the test cases, use cases, safety issues, corner cases, before moving it to QA
• Used Project Monitoring tool like Wrike to update tasks & allocation of resources to those tasks and Vault for version control & Source code repository
• Dealt with support & warranty cases gathering from NetSuit

IDEC Corporation is one of the biggest manufacturers of PLC’s, HMI’s, relays and LED components in Japan.  They provide hardware and software for complete industrial automation.  WindOI-NV3 is configuration software for HMI’s i.e. touch screen devices.  It allows user to create variety of industrial applications which are then downloaded on to the touch screen device and these devices then work in coordination with PLC and sensors.

Involved in the client communication for the project, for resolving queries and taking out the exact requirements.  Actively involved in writing and debugging C# code for new and upgraded features in the project.  Actively involved in designing features like Image and Text displaying support for the device.  Actively involved in defect fixing and reviewing test cases.  Involved in redesigning the modules to improve performance of the software.  Helped team member with C# programming related issues.  Involved in the documentation part of project. (Impact Analysis Document Preparation, Unit Test Plan, UML Diagrams and Flowcharts).  Maintained a high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Index) rating in all the client deliverables.
