We need functionality where system can suggest milk products to logged in customers based on their purchased history and based on products purchased by other customers of same demography.

Customer visit the marketplace and they want information about products, so they have to connect with support team through email and this process is time consuming. For avoiding this delay we built up a chat bot to provide quick information to customer.
