This project is to support the client Oracle HRMS system in R12 on the ongoing post go-live issues and enhancement requests. My role is to develop the technical components for enhancement requests and support for ongoing issues.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the ongoing issues to find the root cause, impact and solution. e
  • Develop complex XML reports and Oracle D2K reports using concurrent programs.
  • Developing SQL scripts to monitor/analyze frequently occurring issues to resolve/fix the issues quickly/permanently.
  • Coordinating with Business Users for the post go-live issues which require code changes.
  • Looking into new enhancement requests and do the feasibility study.
  • Configured new SIT’s based on business requirement.
