The project tool can add different Line ministry and parastatal bodies. Each tender can be classified as line of credit and one off .

The project also has meeting request and agenda for executives to make follow up on the projects and minute of meetings.

The company wanted to built an internal system where they wanted head of department to select which staff will go for meeting or seminars dring the year. Each department were allocated a sum of money. They had to make use of this fund to send their staff for meetings.

A staff can fill in his reservation by selecting the country, his accomodation ,number of days and other info. Once the staff has completed his reservation , the request goes to the head of department. Once head of department approves the request , then this request goes to the finance department. If the finance department approves this request , then a trip number is associated to the staff request.

Suppose the staff goes to attend a meeting in south africa then his manager says he must go to london. The staff must not come to mauritius and then fill request and go to london.

From south africa, he can log in the system and make a reservation in london for accomodation,insert his ticket number. then a sub trip number is associated to the original trip number .

Once the staff returns to mauritius, he log in the system and fill in his expenses during his travel. Then the finance department will verify the expenses and see the amount to be refunded to the staff.
