It also provides the offer management tool(OMAT) which allows the website administrator to create offers (subsidies) for devices. On the time of purchasing, customer can activate mobile service on service capable device and avail those offers (subsidies).

Web application used by the backoffice associates. It provides access to the compliance reports (PYES, 5500 and NDT) as well as provides access to Transaction Processing (Disc Recon, Wire Bulletins and Batch Status) and Legal eSignature. Backoffice Associates utilize MyBackoffice web application to manage their assigned book of business, answer the NDT and 5500 questionnaires, set Plan attributes/characteristics, publish and view reports.
