The client CITIBANK North America is one of the largest international banks catering various Lines of Businesses (LOBs).The Goal of this project is to create and maintain a central firm-wide technology infrastructure (an Enterprise Portal) in order to operate and support Intranet sites and Corporate Intranet applications. This will provide CITI employees with easy access to relevant information and applications required for day to day banking needs.
Application development consists of development of Card and enhancing the functionality to get whole umbrella view of customers for bankers/tellers. The functionality of the product covers all day to day
needs of tellers either at front desk or at back office. (e.g. Credit Card Bill Payment, making the bill in EMI using credit card etc.). This also enables bankers a 360 degree view in terms of sales through credit
