• Applying relevant process and best practices, using relevant tools and technology and applying effective communication and mentoring the team to develop and deliver the best solution.
• Responsible for end to end management of coordination with cross functional teams such as Pre-Sales, Delivery, Networking, QMG process team.
• Mentor, Lead and train the team on domain and technology and helping them for any technical challenges.
• Participating in Proposal, RFP, SOW discussion and presentation of proposed solution etc.
• Lead continues improvements of the deliverables by contribution and supporting of Process changes and technology repository and driving res-use of automation repository.

• Effectively monitoring project progress and took necessary steps to ensure project completion within time and overcame challenges during the execution of projects.
• Planning and coordinating the implementation and availability of the QA test environments and ensuring compatibility of QA Tests.
• Interfacing with Product Owner on Weekly basis to get more clarity on Requirement and automation scope.
