Madura garment has opted for CLO3D Fashion Design tool, which they wanted to integrate with their PLM systems (Enovia), We have done the customization for Garment Information Page and Designed the plugins for pushing the data from CLO to Enovia. As a part of this integration we were supposed to send a 3D Project File, 4 Rendered Images and a CSV file containing the data for different fields i.e. #GoldSeal, Fabric details, Brand, Product type etc.

This entire design was completed using CPP and deployed in CLO as a plugin file (.dll). My role in the project was to design the plugin from scratch, help Madura Team to deploy it across the organization and to provide them support if then need any.

Lululemon is a Apparel Manufacturing company present globally. I am working as solution architect for lululemon and our core responsibilities are to develop the customization including various SSP and integrating the FlexPLM with one of the downstream systems called Bamboo-Rose using Kafka middleware.

To integrate the above system, we are using the FlexPLM log entries, on various event we are creating the log entries and later the date is being extracted using queues and pushed to downstream.

I have been managing the staff augmentation for Dell from Nov-2017, the major responsibilities includes to understand the various current/upcoming requirements from various stakeholders and to fulfill them with appropriate and suitable resource, Also there are many portals to complete the onboarding of candidates at Dell which needs to be take care of, We have been also responsible for approving the timesheets and report the revenue quarterly to BD Directors.

Collabera Inc. is a well-known staffing company having presence across the globe and headquartered in USA, They are dealing with different type of recruitment and staffing activities, EY has to implement the Oracle Apps for Finance (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables) activities of Collabera including integrations with legacy systems. I have been to client side (Vadodara- GJ) and was responsible for getting the CRP sessions conducted. I am also the owner of Bank and legacy integrations activities, Collabera is currently using Tally for all AP transaction and Hirecraft for all AR transactions, which has to be replaced by oracle.

There was a requirement to create a PDF specification document for all the information that is being created, maintained and stored in Agile PLM item objects. This project requirement cannot be met with out of the box functionality in Agile PLM. To meet this project requirement we implemented Custom Process Extension & BI Publishers to generate the reports.

A leading American toy manufacturing company ranked #413 on the Fortune 500 was using a legacy system to maintain the toy manufacturing process. Accenture proposed them implement Oracle Agile PLM (PC/PCM) to have more process oriented with concepts like BOM Management, Supplier Management, and Price Management etc. Responsible for Agile Customization – PX Development. Handled PC/PCM requirements. Configuring the WorkFlows, Privileges-Roles & Schema. Streamlining the process for the project deliverables. Also owned the activity of code quality check for the team. Multiple visits to client site (HongKong).

A retail Giant from North America adopting PTC – Flex PLM for their RFA processes. Customization through CSP/SSP to cater complex requirements. Customized report generation through code. Data migration from legacy system to Flex. Mapping the requirements with Flex PLM. Estimation for the requirements. Configuring the Roles/Privileges. Have exposure to Plan Management, Calendar Management, Cost Management, Vendor Management & Document Management processes. Training the new joiners on the Flex process. Also responsible for the code testing using Mocking, Sonar & Cobertura.

This Project was intended to implement the program central for Energy Sector Company. This is the first time when the Energy sector companies are going to implement or using the program central application from Enovia. Our motive here is to integrate the Primavera (A planning tool from Oracle) with the Enovia-ematrix Application apart from this the clients need is to integrate the SAP-matrixone integration which they are using for Finance Management. Our approach to this project was like we will be importing the primavera plans in the Microsoft project server which will be in .mpp formats and later we will convert these .mpp files into .csv files which we can directly import in to the program central module in matrixone application. These imported files are called as WBS in the matrixone application and needs to be imported while the project creation is going on. Understand the business process of client. This Project was intended to reduce the number of remedy tickets raised by users to get their account in Matrix One Application and for resetting the password for their account. It was developed in such a way so that requester can raise a request for new account from Login Page itself. As soon as He/She clicks on the link Request New Account a new form gets open with anonymous context, user needs to fill that and as soon as he/she submits the form the approver and requester both gets notified. The beauty of this project was the automation process which requires a single click for approvers (If the user fills the form correctly) to create a new account. Here we have a common portal for accessing all the application from one place, which is required the login only once, rest of the application will be accessed by Single Sign on (SSO). The Password reset utility was just requiring the login id of the user on Login page to reset the password, As soon as user enters the id and click on the reset password link a small window gets open and ask for their emailed and as the user clicks on confirm button the request gets submitted the user gets notified on their mail with a hyperlink to reset their password. Project was to have a new Enovia V6 environment Production implemented at the organization level. Initially we began with the Gap Analysis between the existing versions 10.6.2. Once the gap analysis was done I implemented the Secuirity Enhancement to new V6 environment. The challenge was to use the Info Central objects which we were using in 10.6.2, Since the Info central was not available in Enovia V6. Apart from this We conducted the CRP Programs to have this upgrade verified from live users (Engineers). Till now the upgrade is in process. Project was to develop a module which can restrict the various country (USA/ASIA PAC Region/Europe) users to see each others business object created in different vaults. Client was having the project for USA Aerospace and need to follow the ITAR Regulations. The scope of project was to restrict the NON USA Users to see the data created in US-vaults and the permission of data access could be given using the business object called License in MatrixOne. Along with this requirement, another requirement was to create the objects in remote vaults (USA) using specific Licensed given by the data Administrator. The access restriction was done using the concept of Policy Filters/RDO and various security levels. Apart from this we have made a additional functionality to Add the Related Item or huge CAD Designs call Add Related Items Wizard. The project need was to implement the FlexPLM and our responsibility was to go through the RTM and configure various business objects in system along with the customizations required.
