• To establish all functional areas of technology including software design and development, enterprise architecture, quality assurance and testing, production operations and technical support, network and systems administration, and information security management.

Achievement and Rewards

Motorola’s Malaysia office received the first in Malaysia, a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) level 5 accreditation from Carnegie – Mellon University (CMU) in 2002 based on one of the program I managed.

Successfully deployed Motorola’s SNMP CNEOMI protocol release 1 and 2 to global user on time and below budget.
