Description

Interactive Digital Signage is smart advertising system having large format display. Display shows advertise as per predefined order with side bar for breaking news/announcements, weather forecast and hot deals.
PayPoint is all-in-one platform for point of sale (POS) which includes register, cash drawer, credit card reader, bar-code scanner, receipt printer, and customer facing display for Android point of sale (POS) software application.
The project involved customization of android on Qualcomm snapdragon and Freescale Sabre IMX6 platform and cloud development for remote content deployment and device management.
Android device has following features.
- Home application to control device actions from cloud.
- Play content like android application, Web URL, Video, PDF, images, XML,text from cloud and USB.
- Webviewcontroller app to display web content and Webviewvideoplayer app to play video.
- Media application for slide-show of images, PDF, PPT,XML and Text.
- Launcher application to access pre-installed and user-installed content.
- Test application to test touch, display, credit/debit card reader, bar-code scanner, receipt printer, wifi, bluetooth, camera, LAN etc.
- Launch the control panel by pressing both the home and power button simultaneously.
- Customized android system navigation bar with home and back button for easy navigation between apps.
- Download and install multiple content simultaneously with a single drag and drop from cloud to device.
- Allow android settings like brightness, Volume, Wifi, data reset, reboot, display on/off, time zone from cloud.
- Send notifications, alerts, screen-shot, logs for all device activities from device to cloud.
- Attract loop feature to play multiple content with predefined interval.
- Over the Air(OTA) support to update the android OS and device software.

The product is a parcel and transfer mailbox which will be used by the users to
transfer or receive parcels in a secured manner.
Mailbox is configured with the motions sensor that will detect the motions and notify it to the user about the motion detected.
The camera that will capture the video of activity happening around the
mailbox and the Wi-Fi to get connected with the mobile app or with any other
network to transfer or receive data from cloud or from the user.
Mobile application will allow user to interact with the mailbox and cloud.
User will be notified of any activities around the mailbox through the application.
