My Verizon is a Self Service application to reduce call volumes and provide self service functions with better user experience to millions of users. It has many functions, but following are the main pillars of the app: Feeds, Data Hub, Bill, Account, Shop, Verizon Up, Support Chatbot.

Mostly I had worked on many parts of the projects and have redesigned this App 3 times, with project names: iOS Redesign, Mobile First and Brand Refresh.

And I have been involved in this project from the riles of Software Specialist to Consultant-cum-lead and sometime acted as a Manager as well for few prjects.

It’s kind of NFC application to make payments without internet connection. To keep all of your Amex accounts/cards at one place and make payments securely using this app on POS terminals with any working card.

Making both(iPhone & iPad) the application accessibility compliance according to Web Content Accessibility Guideline(WCAG) 2.0. So, that disabled persons can also easily access these applications.
