Time management:
- Configured Public Holiday Calendar, Daily Work Schedules, Break Schedules, Period Work Schedules and Work Schedule Rules.
- Generating the work schedules manually and defining selection rules.
- Configured the various ESG and PSG groupings.
- Created absences and absence types, attendances and attendance types and determining the entry screens and time constraint classes for quotas.
- Configured the absence quotas, base entitlements, QUOMO feature etc.
- Defined the deduction rules and assigned them to the quotas.
- Worked on the time evaluation.
- Worked on the negative time schema TM04.
- Worked on the PCRs and Modified the schema and PCRs as per the client’s requirement.
Payroll (US):
- Set up Payroll organization.
- Configured Pay scale area, pay scale type, pay scale grades, pay scale levels, Generated Payroll periods and payment dates.
- Involved in creating wage types catalogue and defining the wage type characteristics and permissibility for info type.
- Configured Wage Type Structures (OH11 & T512w), Configured basic pay (0008), additional payments & deductions (0015) and recurring payments &deductions (0014) info types of wage types by copying model wage types
- Configured and maintained the features such as ABKRS for default payroll area, LGMST for default wage types, TARIF for default pay-scale data.
- Created Control Records (PA03) for each Payroll area with configurations of retroactive accounting.
- Maintained the Processing Classes, Cumulating Classes and Evaluation Classes for Wage Types as needed (V_512w_D).
- Worked on the Taxes Configuration- Tax Authority models, Tax Modes and Tax Combos.
- Configured various customer-specific wage types from the model wages types for the payment.
- Configured Time wage type valuation using Constants and T512W_B.
- Worked on the Garnishments Configuration.

- Worked on HR -FI integration by mapping wage types to symbolic accounts and posting through relevant GL Accounts
