TAPFIN has their own product called IntelliReach. It is MSP product where the data will be store and we can create reports like Head Count, Sped on Suppliers, Fulfillment (Time to Fill the position) etc.

In this Job mapping project where I need to mapping the job title from Excel file to into the IntelliReach. Manually I need to check if the job title is mapping into the standard name or not. If it is then I will map the same job title which is standard.

Where I need to create the reportsHead Count, Sped on Suppliers, Fulfillment (Time to Fill the position) in Tableau and we need to take the snapshot and past in PPT and the report wiil deliver to tha Client.

Purpose- VMwareacquired AirWatch Company, where we need to merge the customer details into VMware.

For that we need to export the data from AirWatch database to VMware store.

Before importing the data into the VMware store we need Data cleansing, data validating and uploading the data.

In Geo-Validation we need to check if the account name is matching with the source account name and address line or not, if not then in that account name we need to suggest the account name and correct location where the company existing.

Data Cleansing

We are getting the raw data from client.

• Collecting the Customer data from AirWatch database.

• Manually we search in Google if the account is geographically Valid or not in that we need to search the Account Name, City, State, Country and Postal Code.

• Detected all junk data (incorrect, irrelevant or incomplete parts of the data) to either modify or delete it to ensure that a given set of data is accurate and consistent with other sets in the system.
• Checking Duplicates.
• Validating the data as per the system format.

Data Integration

Completion of data cleansing and validating we will upload the data into the system.

For uploading data, we are using tools called Matrix-Portal, UCM (Universal Company Master), SFDC (Sales force).

Based on the customer queries we will create the Account, Merge the Account, Update the Account and Activate the Account.

(Example – If the customer is saying he moved his company one location to another location, in this we will update Account Details like that we will create a new account, merge the account.)

Purpose- Orion Project all about existing customer and partner account which we need to provide all correct details with the company domain name. So that VMware can grow the business.
