Admin can also setup the master which can be used for process data on cloud. Admin can also view analytics and reports with different filter criteria. d. Mobile: On mobile user can view the current location of asset and also get the necessary alerts and notifications. EHR fetch data from multiple source systems and persists it in centralized EHR repository. It also shares the information among other third-party systems. Mirth connect integration engines is used to process data from source systems and then send it to destination systems. HTTP Rest service calls are used to connect to different source and destination systems. PostgreSQL database is used at AWS cloud to persist patient records. The key challenge in this project was the communication and co-ordination among different stakeholders, since this was an integration project with more than four systems involvement. I was at the onsite location (Johannesburg) for this project and handled the communication (technical and management reporting) effectively with all the stakeholders as well as with the offshore team members.

Wrap provides a platform for investing into different investments like listed securities, managed funds, term deposits and pension plans etc. This platform also provides flexibility to its advisers and clients to invest in different investments option simultaneously. In addition to this, it provides different portfolio options like Preferred Portfolio and Models. An adviser can trade (into listed securities, managed funds, term deposits) on behalf of its client and can monitor its assets using this application. It provides separate interfaces (called desktops) to its advisers, badge and its clients. They can use these desktops to monitor and trade their assets. It is a three-tier architecture wherein the desktop interacts with the mid-tier (core) which interacts with the source of truth system (i.e. TRUST).

Auto Dialer is a web-based application, developed to provide auto dialing facility of the different client i.e. Google, Transamerica, Aviva, RoyalSundarm, HDFC, IDEA, Bharti AXA, NetCore, NaapTol, Common Wealth Games to manage their out-bound calls process. These applications have three modules- Agent, Supervisor and Report Module. Using agent module, agent talk to available customer and generate leads. Using Supervisor module supervisor can view and call the available leads. Using reporting module Supervisor can generate different kind of reports i.e. Available Leads, Agent wise call summary, Call disposition summary report is used to generate different kind of reports for the client. This system has a different levels of access for different user groups i.e. client, supervisor, and agent.
