We used Agile methodology to produce quality software that can evolve rapidly through fast iterations. I worked with the team to be efficient and to abide by good coding practices. Being a senior developer in the team, I had to manage more junior developers, helping them and giving them directions so they progressed while contributing to the overall progress of the app. I also was involved in thee architecture of the project, did code review and communicated with the Project Manager and Product Owner so we stayed on track to deliver quality applications.
