Rainbow project is to integrate the Merck China Life science sales with distributor’s sales, and the stock data. With this data, System shows them in various way, improve the data visibility and assist decision making of marketing team and supply chain team of Merck China.

EDGE 1.0 has been released to ios users in 7 countries. EDGE mobile application provides information about the top universities and scientists based on the impact factor. It provides areas of research of the scientists based on past 5 years publications. It is developed for the marketing team of Merck to target campaigns for specific research needs. EDGE 2.0 is in progress and will be released in the end of August, 2019. It will be released for Android users also and will include funding information of the scientists.

The Worldwide Process Development (WWPD) database is the central repository for posting process development reports generated at customer sites and for studies performed in-house by Millipore Applications Engineering. It has more than 200 users who can make contribution to the records and many more who can view and analyze the records, and it manages products and processes for nearly 3000 customers.
