The objective of the project is to track the web footprint per day for the ongoing campaign. There are four data sources including google analytics and the task is to automate the dataflow and refresh tableau dashboard to reflect the changes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Combined data from Google Analytics, CSV data from three sources using Tableau Prep to create hyper extract so that Tableau dashboard can consume it.
• Involved in Requirement Analysis, preparing data set and Developing Dashboard.
• Engaged with respective stake holders for each KPI to get continuous feedback to improve dashboard user experience.
• Created interactive dashboards using Action filters and drill down.

The objective of the project is to provide the analytics to the Customer surveys. The main design is show case and present key KPI’s such as NSS%, Response rate% and some text analytics on comments. This dashboard helps teams to understand the performance of individual support entity and increase the productivity based on the available stats.

This application is built to keep information up to the granularity of order and corresponding delivery and keeps track of different status of the order and corresponding deliveries up to the most granular level. This project provides one UI developed in Tableau and back-end of UI is in Oracle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designing the Reports as per client Requirement and created the reports using Excel file and Oracle SQL Developer.
• Created complex reports utilizing the features like hierarchy, new Calculated Columns, Drill functionality, Tables, graphs, line Charts and Bar Charts.
• Build advanced chart types and visualizations such as bar in bar Charts, bullet graphs, and box and Whisker plots.
• Make visualizations perform as well as possible by using the Data Engine, extracts and using connection methods correctly.
