The Ralph Lauren Corporation’s wholesale channel is procuring & building a Digital Commerce - Sales Force Automation, B2B & CRM Tool. The tool will enable sales, marketing, account services, merchandise planning and credit teams to better service customers within the Specialty store, Golf and Corporate business channels. This will be a “one stop shop” – global system – offering a wide array of tools to improve the overall customer experience along with empowering our internal teams. We expect to see better sell through and higher revenue at a more efficient operating cost. This platform will offer the suite of capabilities outlined below, while seamlessly integrating with our many systems.

State Street Message Transformation Exchange (MTeX) is a strategic shared services middleware integration platform developed in-house that provides integration solutions and services across State Street Global Services, Global Markets (SSgM), Global Advisors (SSgA), and Global Exchange (SSgX); integrating our various business areas with our systems and our clients; processing over 12+ billion persistent messages annually. The solutions architected/developed today provide extreme scale and high availability at an enterprise level. The services provided include but are not be limited to Message capture and delivery, Data transformation/mediation/enrichment, and Publish & subscribe.

SunTrust wants to develop a Service Network (SNET) that enables the applications to be loosely coupled.  Channel link project is for integrating all the channels (Contact Center, ATM & Teller, Online, Mobile banking, IVR, Branch, CRFR etc) with the existing legacy systems such as Mainframes. IBM provided system integration consulting services for the client’s BSS (Business Support systems)/OSS (Operational Support Systems) transformation program.
