The claims can enter the system from various sources like Web, ACS etc. The batch subsystem adjudicates the claims and prints the checks for benefits. The online system is used for correction and review of claims. It is also used to enter claims manually. UCS - Dental is an application maintenance project of UCS Dental application and it follows a refined Onsite-Offshore model called Optimized Delivery model (ODM) in which effective planning, scheduling and utilization of offshore resources resulting in greater cost savings for MetLife.
