BarneySapphire is a complete stock plan system which will handle administration, processing and reporting. Sapphire data/ information is stored at a high level within the system and is filtered down to the other levels. The application is used by corporate clients to provide equity compensation to their employees.  The products supported by Sapphire are Stock Options, Restricted Stock and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Responsibilities:

Description: -

  This application accepts the data from NSDL and OLTAS, then processes it for challan matching as per the rules defined by ITD and then generates 26AS form for deducts. Various MIS reports are also generated based on the data processed for e.g. Challan Matching report. The data is also integrated with ITD website TRACES.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and Analyzing functional and technical requirements
• Work with Technical Architects and business analyst and other stakeholders to make estimations and planning.
• Writing ETL test scripts
• Performing ETL verification
• Preparing Test reports and defect reports.
• Responsible and coordinator during UAT.
• Allocating work to team and keeping track of all the modules.
• Review test deliverables, defects, test results created by team members.
• Create reports and create testing matrices as required by senior management.
• Manage testing team and ensure testing is complete on time.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation plan. Escalate issues in timely manner.
